Dark Archon Invasion was reviewed on Game Chronicles Magazine.  The review had a very positive tone, though the reviewer seemed to think that shooters in general are a tired and boring genre of games.  Still worth a read, and highlights have been posted in the reviews section.

The last bug has been eliminated!  this means that we are now busily contacting websites to have them take a look at Dark Archon Invasion.

If you had trouble with the game before, try it again.  The last bug removed caused the game to crash on GeForce cards that had installed the latest Forceware Drivers.

Dark Archon Invasion is Nearly Ready for Release.  The game was intended to be released today, however due to some unexpected issues, the game will be released during the week.  Below gives you a quick run-down on changes in Dark ARchon! 

Things that were Removed:

• Multiplayer

• Races

• All of the models in the game but 3

• mouse-only control

Things that were Changed:

• Background Graphics

• Foreground Graphics

• All of the mission goals and missions themselves

• Storyline

• Title Screen

• Ship Select Screen

• Pause Screen

• Power-ups

• Weapons

• Music

• Sound Effects

Things that were Added:

• Power-Ups (computer player & Others)

• Special Weapons

• Different Difficulty Levels

• Multiple Save Game Slots

• A complete new set of ships

• Battle station end bosses (4)

• Mouse + Keyboard control

• New special effects

After looking at this INCOMPLETE list you are probably starting to understand that a ton has changed on Dark Archon Invasion.  You likely won't even recognize the game when you play it.  The demo currently available shows off many of the changes that have been made to Dark Archon.

The demo of Dark Archon Invasion is now available!  Download it now to check out the new graphics.  We've also added a screen capture of one of the Space Stations that you won't see in the demo.

The new version includes improved graphics, game play, and survival mode.
