Block board set upgrade for Break Ball.  This upgrade has you mashing your way through some over-sized blocks.  It corrects a couple of small problems that cropped up in last months upgrade causing the "wipe screen" to not function correctly the second time it appeared on some computers.  Also it has yet again increased performance!  The game should run smoother and faster now.

May 9, 2002

For a limited time, you can purchase Time Command together with Break Ball two for the low price of $19.99.  To purchase the games, just visit the store.

April 22, 2002

The Quarry board set added to Break Ball.  Go underground in this great board set to crack away at the stone in the quarry.  Also includes an update to version 1.50 of BB2 allowing you to turn off music and including an overall performance increase...

Time Command has been upgraded to v1.05 which has much improved mouse sensitivity. We had a lot of fun making and testing this game out and think you will too. Try it out today, just download it off of the bcsoftgames webpage. Don't forget to try out the Dragonfly as well. This fun little demo is one of the many different bonus board missions on Time Command.

Tile 2 Board set added to Break Ball.  The latest board set for break ball is a part 2 of the tile board set. We had so much fun with the first one that we made a second part. It features a more classic break out look with no moving blocks. This months board set includes the v1.45 upgrade. You'll probably notice the paddle will respond better to your mouse movements than before (notice a theme to this month's upgrades?). Those of you who previously used the mouse on the options screen you'll notice that you can't anymore. We were never happy with that aspect of play control and have removed it from the game, but you'll find that the keyboard and joystick still work quite well; see the readme file that came w/ the game if you have a question about how those controls work.

February 12, 2002

Holiday board set added to Break Ball.  Just in time for Valentine's a board set with hearts, pumpkins, Christmas Presents and more!

January 17, 2002

The shareware version of Time Command is now available on the BC Soft web page. The concept of Time Command is to protect 6 Time Orbs through different periods of time. The game play could be considered a cross between missile command and a upward flying shooter, which creates a very unique and fun playing style. There are several power-ups, half of them are available on the shareware version. Large and challenging end bosses add to the variety of enemies you will encounter from 7 different time periods. There are also many bonus boards which each have a unique goal and game play that adds challenge and humor to the game. You can download the shareware version of Time Command and also one of the bonus boards individually so that the download size is not overwhelming. Try it out today!

Break Ball This month's board set includes changes that make the game work on windows XP as well as the original windows versions. The new board is rubber 2, which revisits our favorite original board set rubber. It contains 12 new levels of blocks moving at different speeds and is more challenging than the original rubber board.

December  13, 2001 TC Toys, a Time Command themed board set for Break Ball is released just in time for the Christmas Toy rush.  In addition, Break Ball has been updated to version 1.36.  This new version saves the high score list.  For more information, look at the manual in the Break Ball section of the website.
